What is a Shakti Womb Energy Healing Ceremony?

A Shakti Womb Energy Healing Ceremony, is a 90 minute long journey to awaken your womb as a portal of wisdom, creation, and deep feminine power. You will restore the sacred connection between your womb, heart, and voice. This ceremony is an invitation to embrace your feminine essence and reclaim your inner Goddess.

The Typical Flow:

  • Full Body Relaxation (meditation, breath, visualization)

  • Embody the Voice of your Womb

  • Reconnection (forgiveness, acceptance, and/or celebration)

  • Nourishment (rest & receive)

  • Womb Blessing (gratitude and prayer)

What to expect:

The entire journey is infused with Shakti prana, a transmission of sacred ancient energy coming from Mother Earth herself with origins in Egypt. I will guide the flow of energy through your body, connecting with what is already within you - mainly focusing on the sacral, heart and throat chakras. In this space you may feel bliss, inner peace, unconditional love and freedom of expression.

Your experiences may include spontaneous movement, mudras, yoga poses, voice activation, cough, yawn, feelings of heat or cold, pockets of pain that release, see visions, colors or animals. See past lives or the future. Being in the womb or the void. Darkness. Or nothing at all.

Each ceremony is a unique exploration of self-discovery and deep inner transformation & can be focused on: releasing energetic ties to others, eradicating severe period pain, awakening your sacral chakra, healing after s*xual trauma, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, and/or an abusive relationship. You will be deeply held with a gentle flow to support your NVS in every session no matter what your story/history is.

𓋹 Level Two: “Shakti Womb Energetics” online group container where you will meet twice a week for 5 weeks. This highly interactive training will provide you with the wisdom (theory) to understand the energetics of your female biology. You will be able to INNERstand how to listen to your body’s wisdom & balance your hormones through simple lifestyle changes. Through this high-touch initiation you will receive weekly energy work in the form of Shakti Womb Healing in various forms.

What to know beforehand:

Come wearing comfortable clothes that you can access your own womb and abdominal area.

Having a journal to write your intentions down at the beginning and also any insights, messages, sensations you experienced or further questions you have at the end could be very supportive.
